I usually find myself dazed and confused whenever I’m in cities, especially the medium to large size ones. Then enters Asheville, where art drives life and being authentic to yourself is the calling of the supreme anti-mainstream being. One may find it a bit contrived but when you spend a little more time in Asheville with an open mind, it’s easy to see why it’s truly a gem for the highly sensitive intellectual beings who submit to the demands of their own creativity and in search of the true meaning of life. Asheville is not about the five senses. It requires you to do more than just that. You have to let yourself be vulnerable to experience the pleasure it offers. Only then will your five senses be awakened to their very core.
